Accessibility

We build skis for everybody who wants to ski them, and we want everybody to be able to buy them. We're working to make on3pskis.com usable for people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

Where we are

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: parts of it don't fully meet the standard yet. We're fixing them, and we test as we go.

In October 2026 we audited the stock ski pages, ski collections, cart, custom ski page, Ski Finder, custom fit check, rebuild request page, Love It or Rebuild It terms, privacy choices page, and the site header, menu and footer. We are installing fixes from that audit now.

Known gaps

  • Custom ski builder. The builder on our custom page is a third-party tool. Today, not every step works with a keyboard alone, and some choices and price changes aren't announced to screen readers. We have asked the vendor to fix this, and we are building our own builder to the WCAG 2.2 AA standard to replace it. Until then, you can order any custom pair from us directly, by phone or email (below).
  • Third-party features. Some parts of the site come from other companies, including the chat widget, payment buttons and checkout. We choose and set these up with accessibility in mind, but we don't control their code.
  • Older pages. Pages we haven't rebuilt yet may have gaps we haven't found. If you hit one, tell us.

Our plan

  • October 2026: fixes from our audit go live on the pages above.
  • Next: our own custom ski builder replaces the third-party builder, tested with keyboard only, VoiceOver and NVDA before launch.
  • Ongoing: every new page and theme change is checked before it goes live, with a full review at least once a year.
