The Billy Goat 114 Tour is our powder-farming touring ski: the Billy Goat 114 shape in our Tour Layup, built for skiers who plan their touring days around deep snow.

For 26/27, the Billy Goat 114 Tour moves to a 2.2mm x 2.0mm edge for added durability with minimal added weight. Reverse Elliptical Sidecut lets the ski surf deep snow without catching, while a traditional tail radius locks in when you need to hold a line. Signature Pow Rocker keeps the ski on top of deep snow, while low camber underfoot keeps it maneuverable as speeds pick up. A directional mount and supportive platform make it a powder ski you can drive rather than just ride. This is for skiers who accept more width and weight on the skin track in exchange for a dedicated powder platform on the way down.

Every Billy Goat 114 Tour is built in our Tour Layup with a bamboo-paulownia hybrid core, a CNC-milled bamboo mounting plate for screw retention, a 1.4mm base, and 2.2mm x 2.0mm edges. Our custom 2800 hybrid fiberglass/carbon composite and full-length UHMW sidewalls complete a touring build that saves weight for the climb while retaining the shape, strength, and drive to enjoy the descent.

Rocker profile
Signature Pow Rocker

Signature Pow Rocker is the soft-snow update to our Signature Rocker: pressed with more tip and tail rise and lower camber for more float, easier smears, and a smoother ride in powder. Floaty, surfy, and easy to steer. On the Billy Goat 114 Tour, this profile keeps a wide touring ski on top of deep snow, with camber underfoot for control when the descent gets fast.

Sidecut design
Reverse Elliptical Sidecut

Reverse Elliptical Sidecut (RES) is a large convex elliptical arc that runs from boot center to the tip taper, paired with a long traditional sidecut radius in the tail. In the front half of the ski the sidecut moves outward and tightens as it approaches the tip, so the ski stays catch free in powder and soft snow. The traditional tail sidecut gets you to and from the lift. Laid on edge, the RES tip and the tail radius work together into one turn radius with surprisingly strong edge hold. On the Billy Goat 114 Tour, the reverse tip surfs deep snow catch-free. When you need to hold a line, the traditional tail radius locks in.

100% Bamboo Core

The heart of every pair of ON3P skis is a vertically laminated, 100% bamboo core. This exceptionally strong, environmentally friendly (technically grass) material has been the backbone of our trademark feel since day one: damp, powerful, responsive.

1.8mm Durasurf Base

Our Durasurf 4001 base material provides better glide and protection from damage than any other sintered or extruded material, and is 50% thicker than the industry standard.

2.5mm x 2.5mm Ski Edge

Our 2.5mm x 2.5mm Rockwell 48 steel edges are the thickest spec on the market, and our 3/4 wrap allows ski tips to flex, decreasing the risk of delamination.

Full Length UHMW Sidewall

Full length and full height UHMW sidewalls are more abrasion resistant than steel, while providing rigid yet flexible torsional support. Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene is also used for armored vehicles because it is literally bulletproof, and we use it for skis because it absorbs and resists impact damage better than other sidewall materials (sorry, ABS).

(3) Layers of VDS

VDS rubber is applied to the edges and sidewalls, acting as a shear layer that improves bonding strength and vibration damping.

2800 Hybrid Composite

A proprietary custom weave, our triaxial fiberglass and carbon composite runs 4-inch wide stringers full length for balanced torsional and longitudinal stiffness: all the pop you can handle, without added weight.

ISOSPORT 8210 Pi19 Topsheet

Sublimated in-house and hand-sanded, every ON3P topsheet is given extra love so your skis can look better for longer.

Extra Wide Binding Mat

An additional layer of fiberglass underfoot provides increased screw retention and prevents pullouts. To ensure proper coverage for all types of hole patterns, we run our binding full width on every ski we make. Our binding mat also features double-bias fiberglass, increasing torsional stiffness and power transfer.
