The Woodsman 108 Tour is our everyday touring ski with a soft-snow focus: the Woodsman 108 shape in our Tour Layup, built to float on the descent and stay composed when the speed picks up.

For 26/27, the Woodsman 108 Tour receives an updated flex profile that is stiffer underfoot and through the forebody. The added torsional stiffness improves edge hold and stability at speed. It also moves to a 2.2mm x 2.0mm edge for added durability with minimal added weight. Signature Rocker helps the ski float and smear through soft snow, while camber underfoot keeps this lightweight platform composed when the snow gets cut up. Bi-Radius Sidecut keeps the wide platform nimble in trees and stable across open faces. A directional mount and supportive tail make it a touring ski you can drive. This is for skiers who climb for soft snow, bigger terrain, and faster descents.

Every Woodsman 108 Tour is built in our Tour Layup with a bamboo-paulownia hybrid core, a CNC-milled bamboo mounting plate for screw retention, a 1.4mm base, and 2.2mm x 2.0mm edges. Our custom 2800 hybrid fiberglass/carbon composite and full-length UHMW sidewalls complete a touring build that saves weight for the climb while retaining the shape, strength, and drive to enjoy the descent.

Rocker profile

Signature Rocker

Signature Rocker is the profile we have built our skis around for over fifteen years: longer tip and tail rocker, higher tip and tail heights, and lower camber. Playful, agile, and floaty. On the Woodsman 108 Tour, this profile floats and smears through soft snow and keeps a light ski composed when the descent gets fast and cut up.

Sidecut design

Bi-Radius Sidecut

The sidecut pairs a smaller turn radius in the tip with a larger turn radius in the tail, creating an all-mountain ski that is stable going straight but carves easily once the turn is initiated and the ski is on edge. On the Woodsman 108 Tour, the tighter tip radius keeps a wide, light ski turning in the trees. On open faces, the long tail radius holds a line.

100% Bamboo Core

The heart of every pair of ON3P skis is a vertically laminated, 100% bamboo core. This exceptionally strong, environmentally friendly (technically grass) material has been the backbone of our trademark feel since day one: damp, powerful, responsive.

1.8mm Durasurf Base

Our Durasurf 4001 base material provides better glide and protection from damage than any other sintered or extruded material, and is 50% thicker than the industry standard.

2.5mm x 2.5mm Ski Edge

Our 2.5mm x 2.5mm Rockwell 48 steel edges are the thickest spec on the market, and our 3/4 wrap allows ski tips to flex, decreasing the risk of delamination.

Full Length UHMW Sidewall

Full length and full height UHMW sidewalls are more abrasion resistant than steel, while providing rigid yet flexible torsional support. Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene is also used for armored vehicles because it is literally bulletproof, and we use it for skis because it absorbs and resists impact damage better than other sidewall materials (sorry, ABS).

(3) Layers of VDS

VDS rubber is applied to the edges and sidewalls, acting as a shear layer that improves bonding strength and vibration damping.

2800 Hybrid Composite

A proprietary custom weave, our triaxial fiberglass and carbon composite runs 4-inch wide stringers full length for balanced torsional and longitudinal stiffness: all the pop you can handle, without added weight.

ISOSPORT 8210 Pi19 Topsheet

Sublimated in-house and hand-sanded, every ON3P topsheet is given extra love so your skis can look better for longer.

Extra Wide Binding Mat

An additional layer of fiberglass underfoot provides increased screw retention and prevents pullouts. To ensure proper coverage for all types of hole patterns, we run our binding full width on every ski we make. Our binding mat also features double-bias fiberglass, increasing torsional stiffness and power transfer.
